Great podcast! I’m just getting into comics and I enjoyed listening to this episode talking about all the new Marvel Now Comics. All new Xmen and Spider-Man are my current favorites.
So much en media res hate. I love, love, love nonlinear stories. I’m not reading as many titles as you folks though, so I guess I could understand how it could get old fast.
Haircuts though, that can be a deal breaker.

Glad the Marvel Now is working for you Michael. I am excited by it as well. The split time just seemed to be overdone recently. I have plenty of books I love that use it but sometimes it feels tacked on to break up exposition/hide story flaws. David Jay, if it is working for you than it is good news.
